The name "Bafikile" meaning "They have arrived" in IsiZulu reflects our commitment to helping individuals access economic opportunities and achieve their full potential.

The company operates as a registered and accredited training centre in Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal, offering multi-disciplinary services including vocational training, skills development, career counselling, psychometric assessments, and project management. Bafikile Skills is accredited with multiple SETAs including AGRISETA, FPMSETA, SASSETA, CATHSETA, and CETA, ensuring all training programmes meet industry standards.

Our comprehensive training portfolio covers diverse fields such as furniture making, clothing manufacturing, agriculture, health and safety, paralegal studies, and security training. We are particularly focused on empowering unemployed youth, women, and Persons with Disabilities through work readiness programmes, job placement facilitation, and entrepreneurial support.
